EvoDNA — Your DNA. Your blueprint for health.

Epigenetic testing

Epigenetic testing with EvoDNA

Your genes are the blueprint. Epigenetics is how that blueprint is being used right now — and it can change.

What epigenetic testing measures

A genetic test reads the DNA you inherited, and that does not change. An epigenetic test looks at chemical marks layered on top of your DNA that reflect how your genes are currently being used — marks shaped over time by things such as nutrition, training, stress, sleep, alcohol and environmental exposure.

Because those marks respond to how you live, epigenetic results give you something a genetic report alone cannot: a picture of where your biology sits today, and something you can follow over time by retesting.

Your Evo Clock

Alongside your epigenetic results, EvoDNA reports a biological age reading you can follow across retests, so change is measured rather than assumed.

Genetics and epigenetics, kept separate

EvoDNA never blends the two. Your inherited genetic insights and your epigenetic results are presented as distinct sets of findings, each drawn only from your own released laboratory reports.

Your everyday data for context

With your permission, EvoDNA can bring supported health and fitness measurements — sleep, activity, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate and HRV — alongside your results for additional context.

Ask Evo

EvoDNA's assistant explains your released results in understandable language and helps you find the relevant part of your reports, keeping your personal information distinct from general educational information.

The ten epigenetic impact areas

Evo Premium epigenetic results are organised into ten plain-language areas:

  • Smoke & Toxin Exposure

How smoke and everyday environmental exposure may show up in your biology.

  • Addictions

How your biology may relate to habits, reward and dependency patterns.

  • Stress

How your body may handle stress and the load it carries over time.

  • Alcohol

How alcohol exposure may show up in your biology over time.

  • Psychology

How your biology may relate to mood, resilience and emotional balance.

  • Exercise

How your training history may show up in your biology.

  • Nutrition

How your food and nutrient intake may show up in your biology.

  • Neuroplasticity

How your biology may relate to learning and adapting to change.

  • Cardiac

How your biology may relate to heart and circulation over time.

  • Opioid Response

How your biology may relate to sensitivity and response to opioid medicines.

How EvoDNA epigenetic testing works

  1. 1. Order your test. Your kit is shipped to you and registered to your private EvoDNA account.
  2. 2. Collect and return your sample. Follow the instructions in the kit and send it back to the laboratory.
  3. 3. Your results are released. Findings appear in your app only once they have been released for your account — EvoDNA never shows example or estimated data.
  4. 4. Act, then retest. Your 90-day plan turns your own results into nutrition, lifestyle and fitness actions you can follow, and a retest shows what moved.

Your information. Your control.
